Hermanneke came to me on new-years eve 2012. She was persistent so I finally gave in and gave her life.
Hermanneke is modeled after the old fertility Goddesses like Venus of Willendorf. The different colors of her body resemble the five elements. She loves to dress up as women who made their mark on the world. Be they real or fictional
On the FB page COGITA SEMPER is also featured. She also mainly draws full figured woman be it in a completely different style, so we decided to go in cahoots on that page. For now she is not sure if she wants to place her work here, but you are free to take a look over there :)
